Terms and Conditions — y 333 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings given here whenever they appear:

• "y 333" / "the Platform" — the website y333.im and all its features, products, and services.
• "Player" / "you" — any registered account holder accessing y 333.
• "Account" — the individual user account created upon registration at y 333.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the only currency used for balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals on y 333.
• "Wallet" — the PKR balance associated with your y 333 account, comprising real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — PKR amounts credited as promotional rewards that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount you must bet with bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "In-Play Bet" — a bet placed on a live sporting event after it has commenced, while the event is ongoing.
• "Settlement" — the process of determining the outcome of a bet and adjusting the player's balance accordingly.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity confirmation process required at y 333 before withdrawals are permitted.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

y 333 is an adults-only platform. The following eligibility requirements are non-negotiable and apply to all players without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. y 333 does not allow minors to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online betting is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of y 333 is lawful where you are located.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of y 333 or any of its affiliated service providers.

Players who provide false information regarding their age or identity during registration at y 333 will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds held pending investigation. y 333 cooperates fully with regulatory requests for information in such cases.

3. Account Registration

To use any real-money features at y 333 you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to registration:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one y 333 account. Multiple accounts for the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, y 333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided at registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y 333 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact y 333 support immediately at support@y333.im.
• KYC documents: Before processing any withdrawal, y 333 requires identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Accounts that cannot complete KYC will be restricted to deposit-only status.
• Account closure: You may close your y 333 account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.

4. Deposits

y 333 accepts deposits in PKR through the following channels. All amounts below are in Pakistani Rupees:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. y 333 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• y 333 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before depositing large amounts.
• Deposits are credited to your y 333 wallet in PKR at the amount received. No currency conversion is applied.
• If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes of confirmation from your payment provider, contact y 333 support with the transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your y 333 wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Rs 2,000 for IBFT bank transfers.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. This is a one-time process and once verified, future withdrawals process automatically without re-verification.
• Processing time: y 333 processes withdrawal requests within four hours of approval on business days. Mobile wallet withdrawals typically arrive within minutes of processing. IBFT transfers may take up to one additional business day depending on your bank.
• Same payment method: Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Where this is not technically possible, y 333 may request bank details or an alternative registered mobile wallet.
• Pending bets: Withdrawal requests cannot be processed while bets are pending settlement. Wait for open bets to settle before submitting a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Withdrawal limits: Standard daily withdrawal limit is Rs 500,000. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP players — contact support for details.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time y 333 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering requirement: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds at y 333 carry a wagering requirement of 5x — meaning you must place bets totalling five times the bonus amount before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Example: a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 5,000 in total bets to clear.
• Time limit: Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Eligible games: Wagering requirements at y 333 can be met by placing bets on sports (at odds of 1.50 or greater), PSL markets, virtual sports, or casino games. Live dealer table games and jackpot slots contribute at the rate specified in the individual promotion.
• Stacking: Only one bonus promotion may be active at any time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: y 333 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. This includes but is not limited to matched betting, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to game wagering requirements, and referral fraud.
• Welcome bonus: The new player welcome bonus is available once per household, per device, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitutes fraud.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on y 333 including cricket, PSL, football, and any other sporting markets offered:

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement. y 333 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. y 333 may suspend in-play markets at any time — for example during a wicket review, a VAR check, or a technical delay. Any bet placed during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.
• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned where a match is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, provided no result has been determined by the relevant governing body.
• PSL-specific rules: PSL matches abandoned due to rain or other interruptions are settled under the DLS method result if a revised target has been set. Where no revised target is established and the match is abandoned, bets are voided. Match-winner bets stand once both teams have completed at least five overs.
• Errors in odds: Where a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly displayed in error due to a system or human mistake, y 333 reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate it at the correct odds. Players will be notified promptly in such cases.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout at y 333 is Rs 5,000,000 per bet. Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at Rs 5,000,000 unless the player has a VIP agreement with a higher cap.

8. Casino, Poker & Virtual Sports Rules

All casino, poker, and virtual sports products offered at y 333 are governed by these general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each product:

• RNG certification: All virtual sports outcomes and casino game results at y 333 are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by a third-party testing lab. Results are fair and cannot be influenced by any player or y 333 employee.
• Jackpot slots: Progressive jackpot prizes accumulate from a percentage of all wagers placed on contributing games across the y 333 player pool. Jackpot values are displayed in real time and are not guaranteed amounts. Once a jackpot is triggered and confirmed, it will be paid in full to the winning player's y 333 wallet in PKR.
• Poker: Poker games at y 333 operate on a player-versus-player format. y 333 takes a standard rake from each pot as described in the poker lobby. Collusion between players is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Virtual sports: Virtual sports events are computer-simulated and run every 3–6 minutes. Results are determined by the RNG at the start of each event and cannot be predicted based on previous results. Virtual sports results are final once declared and are not subject to review.
• Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a casino game where your bet has been placed and a round is in progress, y 333 systems will complete the round automatically according to the game rules. The outcome will be recorded and reflected in your account history.

9. Refer a Friend Programme

The y 333 Refer a Friend programme rewards registered players for introducing new players to the platform. The following rules apply:

• To qualify, the referred friend must be a genuinely new y 333 player with no prior account, and must register using your unique referral link or code.
• The referred friend must make a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500 using any accepted payment method. The referral bonus is triggered upon successful processing of this deposit.
• The referring player receives Rs 500 and the referred friend receives Rs 300 as referral bonus funds subject to a 1x wagering requirement.
• There is no limit on the number of valid referrals. Milestone bonuses apply at 5, 10, and 25 successful referrals as described in the Refer a Friend section of y 333.
• Referral fraud — including self-referral, referring the same person multiple times, or organised schemes to generate fraudulent referrals — will result in all bonus funds being voided, all affected accounts being closed, and any withdrawable balances being withheld pending investigation.
• y 333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Refer a Friend programme at any time with seven days' notice to active referrers.

10. Responsible Gaming

y 333 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, available at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.
• Loss limits: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a defined period. y 333 will prevent additional bets once the limit is reached.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder to appear after a defined time spent on the platform in a single session.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from your y 333 account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account is suspended during this period and you cannot deposit or bet. Restrictions lift automatically at the end of the period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from y 333. This is irreversible for a minimum of six months. Contact support at support@y333.im to activate self-exclusion.

11. Fraud, Prohibited Conduct & Security

The following activities are strictly prohibited at y 333. Where any of these are identified, the relevant account or accounts will be closed immediately and funds withheld:

• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or conceal identity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to a standard human user.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which you have placed or intend to place a bet at y 333.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party for any purpose including paid tipping services.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches, or odds errors for systematic profit.

y 333 employs fraud detection systems that monitor unusual account activity continuously. Where fraudulent activity is suspected, y 333 may freeze an account without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. Winnings generated through prohibited conduct are not payable.

12. Limitation of Liability

y 333 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee this. The following limitations apply:

• y 333 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or internet connection issues beyond y 333's reasonable control.
• y 333 is not responsible for decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including live odds, scores, or statistics. Such data is provided for informational purposes and may occasionally lag behind real-world events.
• Where a bet is accepted at an erroneous price due to a technical failure, y 333's maximum liability is limited to settling the bet at the correct market price at the time the bet should have been placed.
• y 333's total liability to any single player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in that same month, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Amendments to These Terms

y 333 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and by an in-platform notification at the next login. The updated Terms will be effective seven days after the notification date unless the change is required by law or relates to a security matter, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Continued use of your y 333 account after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date. The most current version of these Terms is always available at y333.im/terms-conditions and is dated at the top of this page.

14. Governing Terms & Disputes

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and y 333 and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, withdrawal, or any other matter, the first step is to contact y 333 customer support at support@y333.im. y 333 aims to resolve all disputes within 72 hours of receiving a formal written complaint.
• Escalation: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, players may request a senior review by y 333's compliance team. The compliance team's decision is final in all matters relating to the interpretation and application of these Terms.
• Language: These Terms are written in English (en-PK). In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
